What you'll do
As the Integrated Project Director for the Marketing & Loyalty division, you will be responsible for leading and managing cross-functional brand-specific teams throughout the entire project lifecycle. Your role will involve ensuring timely delivery, creative feasibility, adherence to scope, and budget compliance. Working closely with various stakeholders, including marketing, department heads, leads, and team members, you will ensure the successful execution of projects. With strong project management skills and leadership abilities, you will handle multifaceted projects that require a high degree of integration across different channels and disciplines. Your focus will be on driving best-in-class creative delivery, mapping out timelines, managing budgets, leading project meetings, and collaborating with external vendors and agencies. Additionally, you will direct and support junior Integrated Project Managers when necessary, while personally taking responsibility for selected projects. Overall, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth and successful delivery of creative projects within the allocated resources and meeting the brand's objectives and quality standards.
