What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in designing integration solutions
- Proficiency with relational databases, SQL Server, Web APIs, and ETL techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex processes clearly
- Detail-oriented, with a passion for investigating data anomalies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CMMS/EAM or ERP products is a plus
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
