      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee compliance during the integration of acquisitions and new branches

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Strong leadership and team management skills
      - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
      - Ability to travel approximately 90% of the time for branch or HQ operations
      - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
