Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Integration Engineer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in system integration, databases, and cloud platforms, with expertise in technologies such as Python, SQL, Azure, DataBricks, Github, MS SQL Server, and Qlik Replicate. This role will be key to ensuring smooth data integration, process automation, and continuous improvement of our internal systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data integrations between internal systems and cloud platforms (primarily Azure).
• Create and maintain ETL scripts and processes using Python and SQL, optimizing data transfer and storage.
• Manage and optimize data integration processes on platforms such as Azure DataBricks and MS SQL Server.
• Use tools like Qlik Replicate for real-time data replication between databases and systems.
• Collaborate with development teams and other engineers to integrate data solutions with existing software systems and applications.
• Manage code repositories on GitHub, ensuring proper version control and quality of scripts and processes.
• Test and validate data integrations, ensuring accuracy and consistency of information.
• Propose solutions to automate workflows and improve efficiency in data integrations.
• Monitor and enhance the performance of integrations and data pipelines.
• Collaborate on designing scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong experience in Python and SQL for scripting, data transformations, and process automation.
• Advanced knowledge of Azure and its associated services (Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, etc.).
• Experience with Qlik Replicate for real-time data replication between databases.
• Familiarity with MS SQL Server and database management.
• Experience with GitHub for version control and collaborative work.
• Ability to work with large data volumes and optimize/debug processes and scripts.
• Experience working with data pipelines and integration solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
• Strong communication skills for working in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt quickly to changing data environments and systems.

Desirable:

• Experience working in hybrid cloud environments or migrating data to the cloud.
• Knowledge of additional data integration tools and frameworks, such as Apache Kafka or Apache NiFi.
• Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer Associate) or certifications in data integration technologies.
• Experience with data visualization platforms such as QlikView, Power BI, or Tableau.
