      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Attend project kick-off meetings to understand business processes and requirements
      - Manage routine system integrations for communication centers while supporting project coordination efforts
      - Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and external partners
      - Collaborate with internal IT teams and external clients to configure integrations based on business needs
      - Conduct rigorous testing and prepare integration-specific documentation while ensuring operational processes are in place

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or relevant work experience in IT supporting Public Safety or Integration Projects
      - Minimum 4 years of experience implementing Public Safety software or integrations
      - Experience interpreting and translating business processes into system requirements
      - Demonstrated ability to efficiently resolve technical issues in a dynamic environment
      - Proven track record of meeting project deadlines in fast-paced, complex settings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of basic networking principles and server infrastructure
      - Experience as a Public Safety CAD User and Administrator
