What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Attend Project Kick Off and Discovery meetings to understand business processes and requirements
- Manage routine system integrations for Communication Centers, supporting project coordination efforts
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external client teams to ensure successful integration projects
- Conduct rigorous testing in collaboration with CAD Administrators to verify operational processes
- Prepare integration-specific documentation and handle ITSM requests for connectivity and maintenance needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or relevant work experience in IT supporting Public Safety or Integration Projects
- Minimum 4 years of experience implementing Public Safety software or integrations
- Experience interpreting and translating business processes into system requirements
- Demonstrated ability to resolve technical issues efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Proven track record of meeting project deadlines in fast-paced, complex settings

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of basic networking principles and server infrastructure
- Experience as a Public Safety CAD User and Administrator
