What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Attend project kick-off and discovery meetings to understand business processes and requirements
- Handle routine system integrations for communication centers, utilizing technical knowledge and supporting project coordination efforts
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal/external stakeholders
- Configure integrations based on business requirements, consulting with senior team members
- Schedule and conduct rigorous testing in collaboration with CAD Administrators, ensuring operational processes are in place

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or relevant work experience in IT supporting Public Safety or Integration Projects
- Minimum 4 years of experience implementing Public Safety software or integrations
- Experience interpreting and translating business processes into system requirements
- Demonstrated ability to resolve technical issues efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Proven track record of meeting project deadlines in fast-paced, complex settings

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a Public Safety CAD User and Administrator
- Basic knowledge of networking principles and server infrastructure
