      We're YCS Consultants, and we offer expert eCommerce integration services for the NetSuite Connector (formerly FarApp). With our solid track record in NetSuite Connector implementations and support, we're taking things to the next level-and we want you to be part of that journey. As a Technical Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping us expand our offerings, while also contributing to our core services: top-tier NetSuite Connector integrations. You'll do this by interfacing with customers in various verticals using all of the major marketplaces and carts including Shopify, Amazon, and more.


      What you will be doing.
      • E-Commerce Integration: We will provide you with training specific to NetSuite Connector that will enable you to complete efficient and effective E-Commerce integrations. You will manage e-commerce integration projects from kickoff to go-live, ensuring efficient, successful outcomes for our customers.
      • Be the Go-To Expert: Serve as the primary point of contact for projects and support, addressing technical requests while providing guidance on business processes and systems architecture. You will lead client projects and provide expert advice on both technical solutions and business processes.
      • Drive our company growth: Your input will directly influence how we expand and innovate our services. You will likely learn and focus on other E-Commerce integration platforms as expertise rises to help drive new growth opportunities.

      Requirements

      E-Commerce Integration Experience: Hands-on experience with e-commerce integrations is a must. While familiarity with NetSuite Connector (NSC) is preferred, experience with other platforms like Pipe17, Celigo, Jitterbit, or similar tools is valuable.

      NetSuite Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience with NetSuite is required, including a strong understanding of its functionality, integrations, and problem-solving capabilities.

      Communication Skills: Strong customer-facing communication skills-whether it's technical jargon or a high-level overview, you can explain it with ease and clearly articulate technical solutions.

      Bonus points:

      Technical Skills: SuiteScript, Salesforce knowledge, additional NetSuite certifications.

      Soft Skills: Sales and training experience, technical documentation expertise.

      Experience: Small company/startup background, Oracle Cloud EPM/NSPB knowledge.
