What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues related to ERP, system, mapping, and data
- Communicate task status and issues to clients and coworkers via email, phone, and chat
- Collaborate with management, coworkers, clients, and trading partners to resolve EDI issues
- Provide production support to troubleshoot and diagnose customer issues
- Document all client interactions and resolutions within internal ticketing systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in software support, client services, help desk, or call center environment
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to coworkers and customers
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with an enjoyment for troubleshooting
- Ability to manage projects, including support tickets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of various Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and shipping solutions
- Experience with flat file formats and protocols such as FTP, SFTP, AS2, and VANs
- EDI experience and understanding of standardized data storage processing
- Familiarity with coding, programming, or scripting languages
- Associate degree in IS/IT/CIS or related field, or equivalent work experience
