What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and optimize system integrations to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency
- Configure, design, and troubleshoot complex integration efforts across various technology stacks
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate business demands into technical deliverables
- Review code with other developers to maintain quality and standards for integrations
- Act as a liaison between Tier 2 Support and upper-level Tech Ops and Engineering resources
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of strong technical integration experience supporting complex applications
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug technical issues, providing timely resolutions
- Experience in investigating and documenting high visibility issues for escalation
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with excellent attention to detail
- Independently motivated with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with coding (SQL, HTML, XML) is a plus
- Familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio is advantageous
- Working knowledge of Corrigo or IWMS related applications
