What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement new processes and improvements to enhance the efficiency of the IP management process
- Execute projects aimed at improving the IP management process in alignment with departmental goals
- Maintain and improve workflows across BD IP management systems to maximize efficiency and ensure data accuracy
- Analyze and process IP-related communications, responding to inquiries and developing protocols for recurring issues
- Provide support for record creation and minor docketing of prosecution and non-prosecution IP matters

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate, or 3 years of equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of patent and trademark lifecycle and processes
- Experience developing legal management and docketing processes, preferably with IP matters
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs (MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Power Automate, MS Power BI, and Adobe)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with accurate data entry and proofreading skills

- Experience using legal billing systems and legal document management systems
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with an ability to develop creative solutions
