What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead, maintain, and support policy management program activities for the Operational Risk Management team
- Perform system administrative responsibilities including the design, implementation, and management of a policy governance application
- Assist in policy documentation development, updates, and reviews
- Maintain project plan that establishes roadmap, KPIs, deliverables, and milestones
- Conduct routine communication with stakeholders to gather, track, and assess compliance and risk information

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Paralegal Certificate and/or associate degree or bachelor’s degree
- 100% Remote
- Location anywhere in the U.S.
- 3-5+ years experience in FinTech, legal, risk, security and/or compliance
- 3+ years working with a company in FinTech, regulated technology, software, or financial services sector

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years experience with project management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
