What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead implementation and creation of processes and systems to enhance Team Legal's efficiency using SUMMIZE CLM Program
- Maintain and optimize the legal technology stack, ensuring scalability and automation
- Develop and implement effective processes to support legal department operations
- Facilitate assignments within the legal team to enhance client satisfaction
- Drive progress on legal roadmap initiatives focusing on operational processes and resource management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; JD is encouraged
- Minimum of 5 years of experience at a law firm or in-house legal department
- Proficient in SUMMIZE or other Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems
- Strong project management and organizational skills with an emphasis on process improvement
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively under deadlines
