What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with local industry partners to develop course progression pathways and work-based learning experiences
- Coordinate work-based learning opportunities with external partners and support family partnership initiatives
- Monitor and manage pathway data, ensuring student progress and key deliverables are met
- Work with school counselors to facilitate dual enrollment opportunities for students
- Assist graduating seniors in transitioning to post-secondary programs and reducing summer melt

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred; AA degree or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing and coordinating projects
- Experience in a school or classroom setting preferred
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
