Responsibilities

The Human Resources Internship offers the opportunity for broad exposure and experience within the Human Resources division of Fresenius Kabi USA. The internship will provide a broad experience in the field of Human Resources including

• Employee Engagement
• Compensation
• Recruitment
• Communication
• Data Management

Requirements

• Intern candidates must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S.

• Our internships are unable to accommodate OPT/CPT.

• Interns are responsible for their own housing.

• Completed at least three years of college education before beginning internship
• Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship, with anticipated graduation date in the following Winter/Spring.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources Development, Human Resources Management or Human Resources related
• Must have outstanding interpersonal skills
• Strong organization, follow-up and communication skills
• Must be able to multi-task and be results orientated.
• Must be proficient in MS Office. Use of social media platforms is a plus
