What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide end-user support for computing resources, including desktop and mobile services
- Manage IT operations and support for both on-site and remote users in a primarily Mac-based environment
- Collaborate with a team to support corporate systems for Finance, HR, and Marketing
- Monitor and report on performance metrics related to corporate IT services
- Assist in managing relationships with IT vendors and partners

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be enrolled as a Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program or a graduate student in a STEM program
- GPA of 3.0 or above (based on a 4.0 scale)
- Proven ability to complete deliverables efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with virtualized server environments and solid MS Office skills, particularly Excel
