We are looking for a 2025 Intern to join our HR team for the summer! As an Agri Beef Corporate Intern, you will get the opportunity to work at our home office in Boise, Idaho. You will gain hands-on experience within our HR Department working in Learning and Development and teaching teams across the organization.

Agri Beef is seeking students who are passionate about the beef industry to participate in our Summer 2025 Internship program. As an Agri Beef Corporate Intern, you will get the opportunity to work at our home office in Boise, Idaho. You will gain hands-on experience with our Learning and Development team and teaching teams across the organization.

Potential areas of experience:

1. Administration and Teaching (Learning and Development, IT)

• • Learning and Development. Gain practical experience in editing training documents, creating online courses, capturing after class data, assisting in teaching, setting up classrooms and creating activity-based training activities.
  • IT: Hands-on experience working within the IT function, which may include online class creation and distribution and other related areas.

Qualifications:

• Interest in a career path in education, agriculture industry, supporting a business in a corporate function
• Junior, Senior or Graduate level students (preferred)
• Working toward a degree in Business, Human Resources, Ag Education, Secondary or Adult Education or other related field (preferred)
• Must feel comfortable presenting/leading training classes in groups of 15+ employees.
• Experience creating in PowerPoint a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required.
