What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct top-line research and competitor analysis to identify trends and marketing segments
- Analyze marketing results and provide detailed reports with graphics and charts
- Support data quality improvements in Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Provide research-driven insights to inform fundraising strategies and engagement plans
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and adhere to ethical guidelines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- College seniors or graduate students majoring in business with a focus on marketing or data analytics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with qualitative and quantitative data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Availability for 20 hours per week during business hours in the Eastern or Central Time Zone

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience or coursework in CRM database applications such as Salesforce
- Familiarity with marketing automation applications like Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience with project management tools or a strong interest in project management
