      As a Marketing Intern with Kellanova for Summer 2024, you’ll experience what’s it’s like to be a Senior Associate Brand Manager with a company that delights the world through foods and brands that matter! You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to all areas of Marketing including Brand, Innovation, Insights, Media (including Digital) and Marketing Operations.       With multiple teams to collaborate with and learn about, your opportunity for growth is endless. This internship will be located at either our World Headquarters in Chicago, IL or our offices in Battle Creek, MI.

      Intern Program Details

      As part of the Kellanova Internship program, you will participate in our corporate onboarding orientation and have the chance to visit our World Headquarters in Chicago, IL or our office in Battle Creek, MI during the Intern Finale meeting. These events consist of executive exposure, former intern & executive panels, networking events, community activities and much more.

      This paid internship requires a 3-month, full-time commitment starting in May 2024. Relocation advising and sign-on bonus provided – and did we mention we have plenty of snacks? Travel may be required but will depend on geography and placement. The internship concludes with a Final Presentation to functional leaders.

      A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

      • Brand Management – You will be working with some of our iconic brands (Pringles, Pop Tarts, Eggo and more!) to assist in many aspects of marketing, including new product launches, marketing communication and media effectiveness. You’ll assess, organize and present recommendations against real-world marketing opportunities for these brands.
      • Analytics & Insights – You will provide business analysis of category trends, consumption, competitive brands, production and inventory management. You will help develop appropriate business plans by analyzing business segments, targets or other opportunities.
      • Collaborating for Success – Teamwork is key. You will be collaborating with internal and external resources, including agency partners, to develop effective & impactful plans.
      • Commercial Planning – You will work with commercial partners (sales, revenue growth management, shopper marketing) to help develop, plan and execute elements of commercial programs & activations while tracking and analyzing key business measures including volume, share, pricing, distribution and promotional activity.

      YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

      • 1st year MBA candidate with an emphasis on Marketing
      • Minimum of 3.2 GPA (cumulative)
      • Previous experience within Marketing or Sales
      • Anticipated graduation date cannot fall during the course of, or at the completion of, your internship
      • Ability to demonstrate strong leadership and proven track record in collaborating with others
      • Nielsen experience
