- Currently pursuing a 4-year degree from an accredited institution
- Rising Junior or Senior level students continuing their studies in the fall semester
- Good academic standing; minimum 3.0 GPA
- Team-player, self-starter, effective communicator, & dependable
- Possess multi-tasking abilities and strong inter-personal skills
- Intermediate drafting/CAD skills
- Ability to interact with personnel from different disciplines within Powell
- Basic computer skills using Microsoft Office products
- Able to read and interpret electrical symbols, characters, and drawings preferred

The Mechanical Engineering internship will be focused on creating a new standard design for door stops for Powell product lines. Ideal applicants will be pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
