Job Description

- Manage independently and perform the loan application reviews
- Should be capable of understanding processes, related risks.
- Co-ordinate with onshore parties or agencies in procuring the required documents
- Reviewing of documents like Loan application, Initial Application package, Closing package, Appraisal report, other Reverse documents
- Carefully examine loan applications to ensure completeness and accuracy, verifying income, credit history, and property value.
- Input loan data into loan origination systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation to lenders, investors, and government agencies.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including Fair Housing Laws and Truth in Lending regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and keeping borrowers informed throughout the loan process.
- Review loan files for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any errors.
- Should be a graduate.
- Understanding of the Mortgage Servicing Industry.
- Effective communication and analytical skills required.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, Visio, Word and PowerPoint).
- Should be comfortable with Night shifts and open to report office for training purpose
POSITION SUMMARY:
Consumer Direct Associate will be responsible for ensuring that loan applications are processed accurately and efficiently. Their primary function is to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and processing steps for loan approval/closure.
