What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interact with product owners, product managers, and business users to understand requirements and product enhancement opportunities
- Create requirements documentation and user stories that outline desired processes and specifications
- Participate in daily and weekly Agile team meetings and ceremonies
- Collaborate with the development team to translate requirements into a feasible technical design
- Work with the testing team to ensure requirements are implemented as per specifications/user stories

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems/Science, or a related area of study
- Must be enrolled in school during the time of the internship
- Typically, students between their Junior and Senior years or between their 1st and 2nd years of graduate school will be considered
- Experience with business process optimization and/or gathering business requirements
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Exposure to the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with the Agile methodology
