What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a strategy to engage with Gen Z clients through various marketing channels
- Assist in executing email campaigns and delivering personalized client-centric campaigns
- Collaborate with the Retention Marketing Operations team to ensure a flawless client experience
- Support special projects and initiatives, including the development of new campaign categories
- Stay updated on retention and industry trends through competitive marketplace analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or Communications
- Familiarity and interest in retention marketing channels, including email, mobile messaging, and direct mail
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to gather insights and draw conclusions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
