What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Explore and support the employer’s product portfolio and process improvements
- Curate and prioritize stories for the Capstone project execution
- Assist Scrum Masters in the execution of the Capstone project
- Participate in strategic discussions for current and future products
- Present Sprint Planning and Demos for the Capstone project

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be an undergraduate or graduate student enrolled in a degree-granting program
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Strong quantitative analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel and Access
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working toward a degree in product management, business management, or computer engineering
- Knowledge of global products and product life cycles
- Exposure to Design Thinking methodologies
- Familiarity with application tools such as Jira, Version One, Mural, Figma, and Tableau
