      About the Department

      DWS Iberia Marketing department is responsible for developing an effective marketing strategy, fully aligned with the DWS overall business objectives, tailored to the local market, based on the implementation of a multi-channel marketing which combines both traditional & digital marketing initiatives, driven by a strong content proposition and implemented via segmentation (target marketing) with a focus on broadening our reach and building strong brand visibility & engagement, becoming one of the drivers in achieving the overall goals of the local business.

      Responsibilities

      • Event Coordination Support: help coordinate all events, onsite & virtual from beginning to end.: preparation of invites, booking in platform if virtual event, coordination of registration, pre-event & post-event actions, contact relevant stakeholders, etc..
      • Client Email Communications Coordination & implementation – coordination of content for the different newsletters: preparation of templates in Sales Force Marketing Cloud (mass mailing tool), process relevant compliance checks of content, send out, etc..
      • Social Media Coordination & implantation – implement the social media post within out SoMe platform Sprinklr
      • Website Content Management – coordinate the content that should be updated in the website, keep the content updated, implement campaigns, etc..
      • -Other tasks within the department may include invoicing process, elaboration of statistics reports to measure result of actions, Campaign implementations, etc.

      Requirements

      • Student (Bachelor or Master) in the field of Business Administration / Marketing / Digital Marketing / Digital Business / Communications
      • Good knowledge and experience in the use of digital marketing tools
      • Very good organization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
      • Excellent communication, written and proof-reading skills
      • Fluent in Spanish and English
      • Very good analytical and MS Office skills
      • Combine the ability to work independently as well as a good team player
