We have a fantastic opportunity for a Internal Communications Coordinator to join our People and Culture Team at Active Care Group.

      Main duties of the job

      Sitting within our People and Culture Team, the Internal Communications Coordinator will support the Head of Internal Communications and Engagement and team in delivering key messaging across our Group. Maintaining and keeping our internal communication channels fresh with new content. Youll naturally have excellent written and verbal communication skills, top notch organisational skills, and be able to prioritise a busy workload. The role requires someone who has attention to detail, has oodles of creativity, who can bring stories and key messaging to life across various digital platforms. Someone who can digest a lengthy document, such as a policy or operational procedure, and be able to produce a simplistic, creative visual/animation that incorporates and highlights the key content. Your work will involve planning and will rely heavily on building strong working relationships across our operational divisions. Most importantly, you will be a team player, have enthusiasm and be brimming with ideas to enhance ACGs internal communications that reach over 4,000 colleagues across the UK.       Job responsibilities

      What you'll be doing:

      • You will be responsible for creating and maintaining messaging that sits on our suite of 100+ digital screens, across 50+ sites. Ensuring Group content and localised content is up to date, relevant and on brand. You must have a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
      • You will produce written content and use Canva to create impactful images and designs.
      • You will work closely with the Internal Communications Officer to ensure our calendar of events, ED&I campaigns, awareness days and reward and recognition programs are planned and communicated effectively.
      • The role will support the wider internal communications function in maintaining and producing content for our primary internal communications channels, including newsletters, email, SharePoint Intranet, screensavers, and posters. This will include both written and visual content.
      • You will enjoy researching information to support our communications.
      • Your creativity will aim to inform, excite, and connect our colleagues across our Group.
