Responsible to oversee all aspects of the Gallery Department: to establish/maintain efficient, effective circulation of merchandise through the implementation and constant refinement of the processing system; to assign and distribute work; to schedule and deploy staff; to manage employee performance; to train, develop, and lead department staff.
