!*!Accountability and Scope
The Internal Operations System Administrator I is responsible for processing data entry and ensuring quality assurance of information processed through Wesco's ERP/WMS software. This also includes the management and organization of data received across interworking departments within internal operations. Additionally, the Adminstrator will process frequency based reports for management to support up to date progress on functional/department performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Maintains a positive image of the company with internal customers, while demonstrating high standards of business ethics and integrity.
· Perform data entry in Wesco's ERP/WMS system to support inventory and order updates, as assigned
· Generate system based reports as assigned, including, but is not limited to: Transaction, Overtime, Internal KPI, Internal Performance, Quality Escape, Production Summary, Lost Time, DSC/DWOR
· Respond to requests from internal customers to support communication across internal operations, sales, and customer operations
· Assist operations leadership to update department KPI boards with current statuses, as assigned
· Participate and/or attend regularly scheduled or impromptu meetings, and or company-sponsored meetings or trainings, as required

!*!Education, Experience and Qualifications Education
· High School Diploma or GED is required Experience
· 1-3 years previous experience in warehousing, supply chain, distribution, order processing, and/ or shipping is required Qualifications
· Maintain good verbal, written, and presentation skills
· Maintain strong customer service skills with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently and ethically with both internal and external customers
· Maintain excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong follow-through and perseverance to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
· Maintain clear and accurate data entry, documentation and reporting skills, as required
· Demonstrate diligence in record keeping to support knowledge transfer
· Maintain basic competency working with integrated data systems (JDE, tcmIS, JIT Gateway), Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and intermediate to advanced Word, Power Point and Excel (i.e., spreadsheets, formulas, importing and exporting of files, as applicable) as required
