      Covetrus is a leading animal health company with a strong presence in Central Eastern Europe (CEE), including Romania, Czech Republic, and Poland. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Internal Recruiter to join our HR team and lead recruitment efforts across these key regions.

      The Role

      • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies for CEE.
      • Utilize various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and industry-specific forums, to source and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
      • Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit with Covetrus.
      • Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
      • Promote Covetrus as an employer of choice by showcasing its culture, values, and career opportunities through various platforms such as social media and the recruitment process.
      • Develop compelling job advertisements and recruitment materials adhering to legal, ethical, and brand standards.
      • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, reference checks, background screenings, and offer negotiations.
      • Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, providing updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Workday system and other relevant databases.
      • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.

      You

      • Previous experience as a Recruiter, preferably with a focus on CEE locations.
      • Fluency in 2 languages for the region (Czech, Polish, Romanian) as well as fluency in English
      • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation methods.
      • Familiarity with Workday System and other recruitment software.
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
      • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
      • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in CEE.
