      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the entire recruiting cycle from role launch to verbal offer
      - Handle hiring for up to 5-10 internal roles simultaneously
      - Collaborate with Executive Leaders and Hiring Managers to discuss open roles
      - Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidates
      - Maintain constant communication with candidates throughout the interview process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
      - Strong communication skills and organizational abilities
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
      - Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing from LinkedIn Recruiter
      - Highly adaptable and quick learner who can follow processes

      - Experience in recruiting for sales roles
