What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Advise Medicare beneficiaries on the plan benefits offered by the employer
- Perform compliant sales presentations to enroll prospective members into the Plan
- Conduct in-person appointments at medical centers or members' homes
- Resolve member issues concerning plan benefits and medication copays
- Maintain enrollment rate and achieve corporate enrollment goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school graduate or equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Agent License 2-15 (Life, Health & Variable Annuity) or 2-40 (Health), in good standing
- Certificate of completion for either Gorman or AHIP for the corresponding year
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be goal and results-driven with excellent customer service skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous Medicare sales experience
- Excellent computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
- Flexible schedule to meet with prospective members during non-business hours
