What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide the highest level of customer service for both internal and external customers
- Process large volumes of international invoices in accordance with financial controls and policies
- Research invoice discrepancies ensuring 100% accuracy
- Prepare payments and send supporting details to management for approvals
- Collaborate with Financial Operations Analyst to update supplier information as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or general office
- Excellent data entry skills and proficiency in using the 10-key function
- Beginner-level skills in Excel and MS Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new concepts quickly
- Proven ability to work effectively across different levels of the organization

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of Oracle financial systems
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
