The International Benefits Specialist is responsible for delivering outstanding support for nVent’s global benefits philosophy, programs, and processes. They will be a key total rewards liaison for nVent’s global benefit programs, while also driving best practice, market alignment, and velocity.WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:Perform an essential international benefits role in order to provide high-quality support to local Human Resources (HR) / benefits administrators for nVent’s benefit programs in 30+ countriesPartner with local HR and benefits brokers to review current benefit programs, market trends and costs to support recommendations for insured benefit program updates, with expanding responsibility for other local benefit programs. Work with local HR teams to implement any approved changesManage nVent’s global Employee Assistance Program (EAP) by developing communication plans to ensure program awareness, reporting on program utilization, partnering with regional vendor leads and local HR teamsLead key total rewards projects in partnership with local HR, compensation and HR technology team membersConduct ad-hoc analyses to support benefits strategies and leadership decisionsLead key annual and ad-hoc benefits processes and analysesProvide high-quality internal customer support through strong teamwork and collaboration skillsYOU HAVE:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or other related field5 - 6+ years of global benefits, finance, or other analytics-based experienceBenefits or human resources program / process administration a plusProficient with Microsoft Office suite of tools especially Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft TeamsProficient with human resources (HR) systems navigation, configuration and reporting, Workday preferredStrong data-driven approach and proven ability to follow through with the utmost accuracyHighly-accountable self-starter, comfortable working independently as well as displaying strong team collaborationProven ability to deliver high-quality customer service in dynamic business environment through strong interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidential and sensitive informationStrong verbal and written communication skillsEnglish (advanced level) required, other languages a plus#LI-CP1#LI- HybridWE HAVE:
