What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting law enforcement agencies in Central America and Mexico
- Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders in the region
- Identify customer needs and align them with tailored protection solutions
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and account management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in personal protection, body armor, or tactical equipment
- Proven track record of successful sales in international markets
- In-depth knowledge of federal procurement processes and compliance standards
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling to national police, local police, or military organizations
- Understanding of body armor standards (e.g., NIJ certifications) and related product technologies
- Bi-lingual English and Spanish communication and writing skills
