The Central FP&A Team is acting as financial counterpart for the Sales Teams of the DACH Region supporting them with reports and analyses as a base for decision making. Our responsibilities include the facilitation of the planning processes for all relevant KPIs and providing standard reporting to Senior Management with consolidated business and financial overviews.

The Europe OPEX Finance team is an international and dynamic team responsible for the financial planning and analysis of our Operating Expenses, which encompasses a wide range of topics from Personal Expenses and Headcount planning to Marketing Expenses with our huge portfolio of athletes and clubs and the large-scale campaigns we are launching to drive Brand Heat. Here, we play a pivotal role in ensuring our financial resources are utilized purposefully and effectively. As an intern, you will be able to support us in shaping our Brand investments and contribute to the success of Market Europe.

• Creation and analysis of financial reports
• Support with the budget and forecast process
• Support analysis and definition of KPIs

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH

• Student of Business Administration, Economics, or Finance with a focus on Finance, Controlling, Accounting or related fields.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), German proficiency is a plus
• Strong MS Office skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge of Alteryx, MicroStrategy and Power BI is beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to grasp tasks quickly.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills and strategic mindset.

ELIGIBILITY

• Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
• Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
• Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate)
• Availability for the full duration of the internship from September 2024 - March 2025
• Ability to relocate to Herzogenaurach in Germany for the full duration of the internship
