- Designing, developing, communicating, and implementing Strategy, Change and Transformation Management Initiatives on a Global level
- Maintaining a Global Center of Competence for Change Management
- Management and Development of a Global Transformation Network
- Execution of train-the-trainer Workshops to nurture the organization’s Strategy understanding
- Self-reliant Project Management activities
- Planning and implementation of strategic Leadership event formats
- Preparation of decision-making subjects for the Board of Management and other stakeholders
- Autonomous self-development in business-related topics
- Business, Psychology, Sociology, or related studies
- Fluent level of English (written and spoken), Knowledge of German is a benefit
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Self-motivated, well organized to manage a hybrid work environment
- Strong methodical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge in survey/interview preparations and evaluations is of advantage
- Knowledge in Strategy / Change Management / Project Management are of advantage
- Knowledge in Banking / Automotive Industry / Mercedes-Benz are of advantage

The products extend from leasing and finance to subscription, fleet management, insurance solutions, banking services and mobility services. Mercedes-Benz Mobility operates in 35 countries with the headquarter in Stuttgart, Germany.
The M/SX-T (Strategy, Execution and Transformation) office is part of the Strategy department and responsible for the global change and transformation activities at Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG. The major focus is currently set on the Strategy “MBM 2025 SPACE”, which was announced at the end of 2021. The Transformation Office is a crucial element for successful strategy implementation and execution by focusing on the people side of change, strategy understanding, communication, and organizational culture. Our success is highly dependent on the effectiveness of our network within MBM and the MB Group. Therefore, we focus on a strong connection to all business functions across every level.
