      Position Overview:
      The Recruiting Intern will support the recruiting team with administrative tasks while also receiving in-depth training on recruiting best practices, including candidate sourcing, interviewing techniques, and client management. This internship is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the recruiting world and valuable experience that will set you up for success in the field.

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, and updating client information.
      • Candidate Sourcing: Help source potential candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and our internal database.
      • Interview Coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication and efficient processes.
      • Recruitment Process Support: Observe and assist with the interview process, candidate screening, and evaluation.
      • Client Interaction: Support client-facing activities, including preparing candidate profiles and assisting with client follow-up communications.
      • Training: Participate in training sessions to learn about recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and client relationship management.
      • Project Assistance: Assist the recruiting team with special projects as needed, including market research and creating candidate pipelines.

      Qualifications:
      • Currently enrolled in a college or university program (HR, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus).
      • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
      • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
      • Detail-oriented with a passion for helping people and making connections.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
      • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
      • Previous experience in an office environment or customer service is a plus but not required.
