What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate remotely with the team for approximately 8-10 hours per week on a predetermined schedule
- Write and create engaging content with strong attention to detail and proper grammar
- Assist full-time Account Specialists with day-to-day social media activities, including managing follower growth and engagement
- Help craft professional responses to customer reviews
- Conduct research on social media industry topics and shadow full-time Account Specialists to develop skills

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have availability on Monday and Wednesday mornings (PST) / early afternoons (EST)
- Strong writing skills, both creatively and persuasively
- Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, Yelp, Twitter, and TripAdvisor
- Ability to work independently with minimal instruction
- Customer service experience is highly valued

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the restaurant or customer service industry
- Experience working with teams remotely via tools like Zoom and Slack
- Blog writing experience
- Knowledge of marketing principles, customer service, and public relations
- A self-motivated and resourceful attitude
