      Internship Program

      Immerse yourself in the world of Tiffany through our U.S. Summer Internship Program. As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City — the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike.       Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program.

      Location: This position will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.

      Salary: Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.

      Position Overview

      Tiffany & Co. is actively seeking an Intern to join our Americas Operations and Facilities team to support new store projects and store standards. Tiffany & Co. was founded in New York City in 1837 by Charles Lewis Tiffany, and is a global luxury jeweller synonymous with elegance, innovative design, fine craftsmanship and creative excellence. We are looking for an Intern to join our Operations team as an integral member in supporting program initiatives and store projects in North America.

      Key Accountabilities

      • Work on operational brand standardization guide for New Stores including determining BOH elevations to increase operational productivity and maximize the space for day to day retail operations.
      • Must have a keen eye in designing and standardizing store layouts, finishes, and strong organizational skills. Ability to work closely with retail and create PPT to share with internal retail clients and present to Americas EXCO.
      • Manage and distribute New store set-up calendar and support travel logistics for set up team. Contribute to major store recaps, as well as calendars and timelines
      • Billing for NSO purchasing through Coupa to efficiently track spending, while identifying risks and opportunities

      Qualifications

      • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
      • Detail-oriented, organized, excellent interpersonal skills
      • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
      • Passion and creativity for operations
      • Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and multi-task

      Preferred

      • Retail or Operational Experience
      • Degree related to luxury retail industry
