      Job Description

      Internship – Testing and Digital Operations

      • Paid internship (part-time, flexible hours)
      • Requires to be commutable 1-2 days a week onsite in Orlando office

      POSITION PURPOSE
      Work with Corporate Digital team to learn digital devices, test solutions, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

      Work with Corporate Supply Chain team members and local suppliers to ensure labor, materials, and other resources are in place to execute test plans.

      SCOPE
      This position will support internal Digital operations by executing test plans, Developing SOPs, and supporting other operation activities as assigned.

      MAJOR / KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
      • Need to be available 2-4 hours between 8:00-16:00, 2-3 times from Monday to Friday. Remaining hours can be flexible during the week
      • Analyse and document new product/solution testing for performance and failure modes.
      • Develop SOPs related to IoT hardware and integration of serialized solutions to assets.
      • Complete understanding and execution of test plans.
      • Managing and partnering with team members and suppliers to ensure people, materials, equipment, and other resources are in place to execute test plan
      • Accurate data capturing and reporting of test results

      MEASURES
      • Completion of assigned tests and reports
      • Work is performed within Zero Harm framework.

      AUTHORITY / DECISION MAKING
      Execute and support activities related to execution of tests

      KEY CONTACTS

      Internal: Digital Operations & Hardware team, Supply Chain Operations, Logistics
      External: Local resource and material suppliers

      QUALIFICATIONS
      • Able to travel to Orlando Pallet Test Track when 1-2 days a week
      • Ability to learn and ask questions to fully understand test plans and product characteristics.
      • Be self-driven and communicate effectively in a remote work environment
      • Data entry and data capturing experience using tools such as computers, apps, or other systems.
      • Can execute test plans, identify failure nodes, and can effectively document and communicate findings critical to test parameters.
      • Computer Skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint Outlook

      EXPERIENCE
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Must be able to communicate and maintain professional relationships with all levels of an organization, both internal and external.

      Preferred Education

      Secondary School not completed

      Preferred Level of Work Experience
