What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate intensive clinical case management and crisis intervention services
- Maintain a caseload in compliance with contract terms and agency expectations
- Conduct home visits and create comprehensive safety and treatment plans
- Refer and connect families to available resources and assess safety and appropriateness of placements
- Participate in weekly meetings with site and clinical leadership for case consultations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field, or a Bachelor's degree in Human Services with at least five years of clinical experience
- Bilingual in Spanish/English with fluency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed and possess a valid driver's license with at least three years of driving experience
- Must pass a criminal history screen, including state and local child protection agency registries

- Demonstrated experience working with unaccompanied children and families
- Knowledge of trauma impacts during child and adolescent development and experience in a cross-cultural context
- Strong clinical, therapeutic, and crisis intervention skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
