      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Implement effective training methods and curriculum for students diagnosed with autism and related disorders
      - Manage the Individual Education Plan (IEP) process, including scheduling and development of goals
      - Collaborate with clinical staff to create and implement program modifications and strategies
      - Complete required paperwork, including assessments and progress reports
      - Guide Behavior Technicians in supporting students' academic interventions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree required
      - Certification as Licensed Intervention Specialist in the State of Ohio
      - 1-2 years of experience working with students with autism and related disorders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in a related field
      - Teaching experience through field placement, student teaching, or employment
      - Experience specifically with students with autism and/or behavior disorders
