What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement effective training methods/curriculum for students diagnosed with autism and related disorders
- Create lesson plans and prepare materials for current and upcoming weeks
- Manage the Individual Education Plan (IEP) process for students on caseload
- Collaborate with clinical staff to develop and implement program modifications and strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data on each student, including monitoring data sheets for support staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Certification as a Licensed Intervention Specialist in the State of Ohio
- 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field
- Ability to lift and transport children while ensuring their safety
- Exceptional communication skills to interact with parents and clinical staff

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in a related field
- Teaching experience through field placement, student teaching, or employment
- Experience working with students with Autism and/or Behavior Disorders
