      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage real-time queue performance and ensure adequate staffing for Call Center agents
      - Provide operational support, including intraday reporting and communication of performance impacts
      - Monitor agent productivity and adherence to established metrics
      - Collaborate with workforce teams to fill scheduling requirements based on forecasted needs
      - Track and trend department statistics, including overtime and absenteeism

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent experience
      - 1-4 years of related experience in real-time Call Center management
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven multi-tasking abilities
      - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Must possess strong analytical skills and understanding of Call Center metrics

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with workforce management systems in a contact center environment
      - SQL background and proficiency with MS Excel
      - Proven leadership ability within a team setting
