What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure programming documentation is up to date and accurate
- Build and manage new accounts in alarm system programs and monitoring software
- Conduct tests on alarm systems to ensure proper functionality and reporting
- Provide technical support and guidance to onsite technicians and dispatch staff
- Assist in creating and maintaining technical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to helpdesk functions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in a related field
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Industry-standard certification from a nationally accredited organization

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with alarm systems and programming software
- Experience in troubleshooting electronic equipment
- Knowledge of alarm and access control systems
