What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure the programming MegaCenter Alarm Requirements (MAR) document and New Account Checklist are up to date
- Build new accounts in the alarm system program and monitoring software
- Provide instruction on the proper operation of alarm and access control systems to end users
- Monitor alarm panels reporting via the internet to ensure consistent communication
- Assist with creating, updating, and maintaining technical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to the helpdesk function

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7 years of experience in a related field
- High School Diploma
- Industry standard certification from a nationally accredited and recognized organization
- Proficiency in technical support and alarm system programming
- Ability to perform routine tasks and troubleshoot alarm systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with alarm system programming and installation
- Familiarity with federal contracting and government procedures
- Knowledge of alarm system testing and troubleshooting techniques
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for working with diverse teams
