      As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for shift execution and your team's supervision and engagement. A core part of your responsibilities will be to ensure that your team performs efficiently while adhering to safety and quality guidelines. This includes taking care of your team, creating an engaging working atmosphere and adjusting the shift plan to account for any last-minute changes.

      The right candidate will demonstrate a good sense of ownership, ability to lead by example in all key areas of performance including safety and quality, and ability to develop subject matter expertise on all ICQA processes.


      Key job responsibilities
      In the ICQA Team:
      • Lead and supervise a team of hourly associates in Inventory Control/Quality Assurance within the Fulfillment center
      • Create and cultivate a safe work environment by identifying safety opportunities
      • Support, train and motivate your team
      • Resource Management
      • Monitor workflows and daily indicators
      • Provide important shift information to Managers and Associates
      • Coach and provide feedback to Associates on their performance

      In the Fulfillment Center and within operations:
      • Be an ICQA point of contact
      • Perform/Lead inventory and Inventory Record Defect Rate (IRDR) counts
      • Correction of article and stock problems
      • Audit operational processes (Receive, Pick, Stow, Pack, Ship)
      • Handle Amnesty and Damaged items, Gatekeep and Problem Solve

      • Fluent in Turkish (C1 Level)
      • Strong computer literate
      • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
      • Completed high school / vocational education degree
      • Advanced level of English (B2/C1 Level)
      • Experience leading a team
      • Basic understanding of Lean methodology
      • Orientation towards detail and precision
      • Ability to deep dive in operations process and develop ideas for process challenges
      • Inventory & Quality Assurance Management experience
      • Analytical skills (able to identify problem root cause, predict issues by looking at data and Key Performance Indicators)
      • Proactive problem solving and hands on approach
      • Ability to learn new skills and information and adapt to changes and deliver results, whilst working in a fast paced environment
