At Kindred Bravely, we're dedicated to supporting moms on their motherhood journey with comfortable, functional maternity and nursing apparel, exceptional customer care, and a positive work environment.

We're a remote-first company with a team of 50+ talented individuals across the globe, united by our shared values of bravery, generosity, accountability, and transparency. Since 2015, we've aimed to create a supportive workplace that empowers our team to grow their careers while supporting their families.

Recognized on the Inc. 5000's list of fastest-growing privately held companies for six consecutive years, our products have been featured in Self Magazine, Forbes, What to Expect, BabyCenter, and more.

      About the Role:

As an Inventory Planning Analyst, you'll support the Inventory Planning Manager by analyzing product demand, forecasting product-level sales, and executing replenishment strategies to balance inventory productivity with revenue growth.

If you are a self-starter who loves numbers, analysis, retail, Excel, strategy, and is detail oriented, this role is for you.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

      • Evaluating and planning core and new/seasonal forecasts and profiles based on demand history, statistical analysis, assortment changes, and current trends.
      • Working with the Inventory Planning Manager to create replenishment plans for core styles that support financial goals (sales, margin, inventory turns), while maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
      • Analyzing and communicating product, size, and color inventory needs to the Inventory Planning Manager.
      • Providing vendor-level projections, by style, for future replenishment needs.
      • Assisting in allocation of inventory to other distribution channels such as Amazon and Walmart.
      • Working cross-functionally with Merchandising and Product Development to ensure product-related business goals are being met.

      We are looking for...
      • Analytical Excellence: You love numbers and data, uncovering new opportunities, and crafting actionable insights.
      • Problem Solving: You are intellectually curious - you love to learn and grow both personally and professionally. As a result, you proactively identify challenges and develop solutions.
      • Attention to Detail: You're meticulous in your work, ensuring completeness, accuracy and timeliness.
      • Self Starter: You're motivated, adaptable, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
      • Communication: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Hands-on Approach: You roll up your sleeves to dig into data, make data-driven decisions, and paint a picture with data.

      Qualifications:
      • 1+ years of experience in Inventory Planning, Allocation, or Merchandise Planning OR entry level with a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations Management, or Fashion Merchandising).
      • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, etc.) and demand planning software (e.g., Toolio, BlueYonder, Anaplan) experience preferred
      • Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.

      Why You'll Love Working Here:
      • Remote Flexibility: Work from anywhere in the US while growing your career.
      • Positive culture: Join a team that values collaboration, transparency and support.
      • Meaningful work: Contribute to a mission that empowers women and families.
      • Award winning products: Be part of a company recognized for quality and innovation.

      Benefits:
      • Employer-sponsored Medical, Dental, and Vision as well as voluntary benefits, including life Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, and Healthcare and Dependent Care FSAs.
      • 4% Retirement matching.
      • Paid parental leave program after 1 year.
