What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate and plan core and new/seasonal forecasts based on demand history and statistical analysis
- Collaborate with the Inventory Planning Manager to create replenishment plans that align with financial goals
- Analyze and communicate product, size, and color inventory needs to the Inventory Planning Manager
- Provide vendor-level projections for future replenishment needs
- Assist in the allocation of inventory to distribution channels such as Amazon
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience in Inventory Planning, Allocation, or Merchandise Planning, or entry-level with a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Familiarity with ERP systems and e-commerce platforms
- Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with demand planning software such as Toolio, BlueYonder, or Anaplan
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
- A hands-on approach to data analysis and decision-making
