About the role

Supporting the Logistics and Transformation Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for the performance of Liquor Supply Chain from an inventory and loss perspective.

You’ll also:

• Contribute to the development of Supply Chain/distribution centre strategies and business plans
• Collaborate with and provide leadership and advice to other supply chain functional areas on inventory best practice
• Ensure cross functional understanding and alignment to a world class inventory program, consistent across the liquor network
• Manage and review a range of inventory control and management activities to project product demand
• Maintain stock availability including daily checks and oversight of stocktakes and cycle counting; and manage inventory audit and reporting requirements
• Manage and monitor the implementation and performance of activities to ensure inventory integrity, quality and efficiency as well as optimum integration with automation systems and processes
• Manage daily and weekly loss processes with internal and external stakeholders to minimise unaccounted for inventory and conduct root cause analysis

About you and your skills

You will have proven inventory management experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment.

You’ll also have:

• Experience with warehouse management systems in a complex inventory environment
• Use dashboards, data and reports to monitor identified performance measures and metrics, inform decision making and manage team performance; and take appropriate and timely action based on such data and reporting. Using tools such as MS Power Platforms, Tableau or similar
• A solid understanding of, and the ability to use data and analytics to make decisions and identify opportunities to drive efficiencies, improvement, and change
• Ability to influence, coach and manage relationships with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders as a subject matter expert
